LEAD: ORGANIZATION & LEADERSHIP COACHING THROUGH MINDFUL, WISE COLLABORATION

Collaboration is the magic ingredient; the surprise and delight of exchange that results in wondrous synergy. For co-creative power to exist, foundations of trust, risk, courage and commitment must be fostered and cultivated. It's as much a practice as a mindset.

As a co-founder of the Center of Wise Leadership, I work to teach these methods of inquiry, curation, partnership and exchange. We exist in a rapidly advancing society; one that has the ability to leverage technology in a truly meaningful way, if we recognize ways to effectively collaborate. My work involves training in mindfulness, neuroscience, technology, media and communication, which I apply to support others in their collaborations. This involves design thinking modules and co-creative sessions. True leadership is built upon connections, trust, and listening. This is where it all starts.
